How to apply

- 3Submit the Heroku Open Source Software Credit Program form
- 4Reapply after the 12-month allocation if continued support is needed
Important notes
- This is an open-source maintainer program, not a general startup discount. The project must run or intend to run on Heroku, use a standard open-source license, and maintain a Code of Conduct.
- A verified Heroku account with a valid credit or debit card is required; third-party add-ons are excluded and unused monthly credits do not roll over.
- Applications are reviewed monthly, credits last 12 months, and the project must reapply for another year.
